Description
Villa Martinis is located in the center of Rogoznica, a popular tourist destination on the Dalmatian coast, in the southern part of Šibenik-Knin County. There is a deep bay protected from the wind, and Sibenik is about 30 km away. Rogoznica has a 54 km long coast and a geographical position located right in the center of the Dalmatian coast, and is the most protruding part of the Croatian mainland that penetrates deep into the Adriatic Sea. Boaters are also happy to visit it because it is known as one of the most beautiful and safest ports on the Adriatic. The beaches in Rogoznica are pebbly, there are some rocks, and each village offers hidden beaches in many small bays.
Villa Martinis consists of 4 apartments, but the house is rented as a whole with a garden and swimming pool. The villa can accommodate up to 15 people.
The first apartment (55 m2) consists of a living and dining area with a small kitchenette (20 m2), a bedroom with a double bed (30 m2) in which there is a bathtub and a bathroom with shower. The sofa in the living area can be stretched out and served as an extra bed for 2 people.
The second apartment (60 m2) includes a living / dining room with a small kitchenette (25 m2) and a bedroom with a double bed (30 m2) with a bathtub and a 5 m2 bathroom with a shower. The sofa bed in the living area can accommodate 2 people.
The third apartment (40 m2) is a studio apartment with a bedroom with a double bed, a dining / living room and a small kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The armchair can be extended into an extra bed for 1 person.
The fourth apartment (100 m2) spreads over two floors; the lower floor comprises a spacious living / dining / kitchen area, a dressing room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs is a gallery with 2 double beds and a private bathroom with shower.
Additional kitchen / dining area is at guests' disposal. It is a space connected to the villa, but with a separate entrance. The space is a tavern type with an indoor fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate toilet. Furthermore, the villa is equipped with an outdoor fireplace with barbecue.
To make your stay in Villa Martinis as pleasant as possible, the villa is equipped with all necessary appliances, the interior and exterior are decorated with special care.
Rogoznica and its surroundings offer many activities such as diving, tennis, football, speedboat and boat rental. Especially interesting are the bike paths that stretch for 45 km. Guests are offered a whole range of interesting excursions to many nearby destinations (Šibenik, Split, Trogir, etc.), and natural beauties such as Lake Zmajevo around and the Krka waterfalls and the Kornati National Park are unavoidable.
