House on an elevated place above the town of Kastela in the village of Rudine, fully air-conditioned in a forest of pine and olive trees, away from neighbors and views, ideal for a peaceful holiday without the crowds and cars. The large terrace offers a spectacular view of the town of Kastela, the historic city of Split (17km away), the bay and remote islands. The UNESCO city of Trogir is only 10 minutes away.
A pleasant walk along the trail allows you to enjoy the nearby Bible Garden picnic area and recreate on the many surrounding trails by cycling. In a short time, you can come by car and enjoy the many landscaped and natural beaches of Kastela and the nearby island of Ciovo.
A special pleasure is swimming in the pool next to the house, completely protected from view, equipped with heating and cooling, which allows a constant water temperature and swimming in May and October. The pool is made with three depths of 140, 160 and 180 centimeters.
For those who want to spend their vacation recreational and sports, we have a multifunctional playground for tennis, badminton, volleyball, basketball and football. We will also be happy to teach you the traditional Dalmatian ballot game whose playground is located in the shade of olive groves next to the house. For the youngest we have swings and a trampoline.
