The ground floor has a kitchen, one bedroom with bathroom and living room that function as a separate apartment connected by internal stairs to the first floor. Upstairs there is a large kitchen, hallway with fireplace, toilet, dining room with terrace, library, sauna, fitness and living room.

The second floor has 2 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom, TV and terrace overlooking sea. Also, there are 2 double bedrooms each with its own terrace, TV and with one common bathroom. One room has its own winter garden.

The villa was built a hundred years ago and has witnessed many important historical events. Due to its historical value, the villa is under the protection of the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments of the Republic of Croatia and was renovated in 2004.
